This course, comprised of ALY402 and ALY403, will help you meet your Business iQ goals by explaining how to use AppDynamics Analytics features and data to produce effective real-time insights into the sources of impacts to your business performance.

What You Will Learn

Business Insights with Business iQ will show you how to use AppDynamics Analytics to capture and make the most of your full-stack performance and transaction data to get the tools to answer questions like "how much revenue is lost because of failed checkout transactions," "what's the daily revenue for specific geographic areas," and "what revenue was driven in what products by specific marketing campaigns?" You’ll learn the steps to using Business iQ to create dashboards that meet the goals of specific BiQ use cases. You’ll learn to define and manage analytics searches, metrics and visualizations as well as Business iQ specialized features like the Funnel Widget, Experience Level Management and Business Journeys. And you will learn how custom data is collected for each analytics event type and how to troubleshoot infrastructure and application problems using correlated analytics data.

Who is this course for?

The Business Insights with Business iQ course is designed for teams who already have some understanding of AppDynamics and who are tasked with using analytics data to produce the searches, metrics, visualizations, dashboards and to configure alerts/monitoring to meet their stakeholders/leads BiQ goals. Prior to taking this course you will want to have completed our Core APM training or have at least a few months of practical experience using AppDynamics. Before taking this course, it’s important that you have a solid grasp of AppDynamics agents, controller navigation, data collectors, health rules, policies, and actions. To make sure you get the most out of this Business iQ course, we highly recommend attending Core APM series (APM200-APM205) of courses in advance.
